A 21-year-old  man lost his life after unintentionally activating an explosive device inside his residential apartment. The explosion occurred as a result of improper handling. The victim obtained the explosive device illegally from another man. It is suspected that the victim was instructed on how to make an explosive device that would be used for an illegal activity, most probably an assassination. During a further investigation, the police found that the intended target was a 34-year-old man, already known to the police.
