Milica Raičević

Administrative Assistant

Milica Raičević joined the UNDP SEESAC team in April 2024 as an Administrative Clerk within the Operations team. Previously, Milica worked as a Project Assistant/Office Manager at Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH. She was engaged in the following projects implemented by GIZ: “Open Regional Fund for Southeast Europe - Foreign Trade”, and twinning projects “Support to the Revenue and Customs Administration of Montenegro for ensuring efficient and effective customs controls at borders” and “Support to Regulation of Financial Services in Montenegro.” Prior to her engagement with GIZ, Ms. Raicevic worked as an interpreter on a monitoring mission to investigate domestic violence in Montenegro, implemented by NGO ”Advocates for Human Rights”, which has special consultative status with the United Nations. She holds Bachelor's and Specialist’s degrees in interpretation from the Institute of Foreign Languages, University of Montenegro in Podgorica.

Viktorija Nedelkovska

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Viktorija Nedelkovska started working as an AVMP Junior Consultant in January 2025. She previously worked as a freelancer at the Citizen Association Most, a local non-governmental organisation, where she collected data on electoral irregularities. She holds a Master's degree in administrative law from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje, and passed the bar exam in 2022. She is currently working as an intellectual property specialist.

Tatiana Suruceanu

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Tatiana Suruceanu rejoined the AVMP Junior Consultants team in 2026, having previously served in this role. She holds a Master’s degree in Law from the State University of Moldova and has professional experience in legal advisory and litigation. Her professional background includes representing clients in civil cases, drafting litigation and corporate documentation, and conducting legal research.

Sladjana Komatina

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Slađana Komatina has been working as an AVMP Junior Consultant since January 2026. She is also a Project Manager and Researcher at the Center for Free Elections and Democracy (CeSID), where she specializes in public opinion research, election observation, and project implementation. She has over 10 years of professional experience, with extensive work on electoral processes, survey design, and data analysis across Serbia and the Western Balkans. Slađana holds a master's degree in political science from the Faculty of Political Sciences, University of Belgrade, with a focus on public administration and public policy

Besmira Dervishi

Armed Violence Monitoring Platform (AVMP) Junior Consultant

Besmira Dervishi has been working as an AVMP Junior Consultant since January 2026. She is a data scientist with professional experience at Ritech Group of Companies. She holds a Master’s degree in Mathematics from Technische Universität Graz. Her professional background includes work in data science and machine learning, as well as public speaking on advanced machine learning techniques and data processing.

 

Dragan Stokanić

Driver

Dragan Stokanic joined the SEESAC team as a driver in January 2025. Before joining SEESAC, Dragan managed fleet operations for private companies and international organizations, overseeing vehicle maintenance, logistics, and transport services and ensuring compliance with safety and efficiency standards across various industries.
