Following an argument and fight with a 35-year-old man, a 23-year-old border police officer drew his pistol and fired, causing a minor injury to the man’s ear. The incident occurred in the restaurant owned by the victim. The victim received medical assistance, while the officer was detained for 48 hours on suspicion of attempted murder.
