Two men, aged 24 and 26, forcibly entered a nightclub by falsely presenting themselves as members of the Gendarmerie and threatened to kill guests and staff. One of the suspects fired a CZ 99 pistol inside the premises, endangering multiple people (at least two). Both were arrested the following day and charged with causing general danger and endangering safety. The prosecution requested detention to prevent interference with witnesses.
