A 31-year-old man, a delivery worker, reported that, while sitting in his vehicle, he was approached by an unidentified man who threatened him with a firearm and stole a sum of money before fleeing the scene. A subsequent investigation led to the arrest of a 27-year-old man suspected of committing the robbery. Under the direction of the competent prosecutor, police officers searched the suspect’s residence and associated premises, where they located and temporarily seized items relevant to the criminal proceedings.
