A 27-year-old woman and her 31-year-old brother were shot and killed by the woman's 38-year-old husband. A third victim, a 48-year-old relative of the woman, was seriously injured and transported to hospital for medical treatment. The suspect was arrested, and police seized a Beretta pistol suspected of having been used in the shooting, for which the firearms licence had expired. Subsequent searches of the suspect's properties resulted in the seizure of two long firearms with expired licences, an unlicensed pistol, an air gun, 520 rounds of ammunition of various calibres and 1,600 air gun pellets. Police also seized four cartridges, 21 shell casings and five bullets from the crime scenes, along with several mobile phones and surveillance camera recording equipment.
