A 35-year-old man threatened to kill a 26-year-old man by telephone before arranging to meet him. Following a verbal and physical altercation, the 35-year-old man fired at least two shots from a pistol, and one of the bullets struck the threatened man's 41-year-old cousin, who was attempting to intervene, causing a serious gunshot wound to his left thigh. After the shooting, the perpetrator made further threats before fleeing toward a nearby forest. He was arrested shortly afterwards.
