During a conflict, a 38-year-old man, in cooperation with a 19-year-old man, discharged a firearm into the air to threaten six men, aged 52, 21, 25, 21, and 18. The 38-year-old man was arrested, while the 19-year-old man was processed under free-state proceedings.
