Two men were arrested after a parking dispute escalated into a confrontation in which one threatened the other, and the second retrieved a pistol from his vehicle and placed it in his pocket without using it. Police seized a pistol with 21 rounds from the second suspect. Following interrogation, both men were detained by prosecutorial order, and the investigation continues.
