A 43-year-old man acquired, possessed and carried a Heckler & Koch USP Compact 9×19 mm pistol with one magazine containing 12 rounds without the required firearms authorization. An indictment for unauthorized acquisition, possession or sale of a weapon or essential weapon parts was subsequently confirmed against him.
