During a search of the family home and auxiliary facilities used by a 67-year-old man, police found and seized a rifle, an M48 carbine, along with seven rounds of ammunition, all held illegally. The perpetrator will face charges on suspicion of committing the offence of unlawful possession and carrying of explosive materials.
