The police were notified that a man, currently located abroad, discharged a firearm during a family celebration. The police contacted the suspect's brother, the organiser of the family event, as a witness, but released him later. Material evidence seized in connection with the case includes: a gas pistol, ZORAKI 917, calibre 9 mm, with one magazine, a pistol AREX Delta with one magazine, two (2) cartridges of 9×19 mm calibre and seven (7) cartridges of 9 mm calibre. The suspect will be contacted upon his return.  The criminal investigation has been initiated against the suspect for the criminal offences of unauthorised ownership, control, or possession of weapons, and use of a weapon or dangerous instrument.
