A 63-year-old man fired a pistol into the air to celebrate the birth of his grandson. Police searched his house and seized a legally possessed Beretta 9 mm pistol, one magazine, 75 cartridges and one shell casing. The man admitted firing several shots and was released in a regular procedure by order of the prosecutor.
