During a family celebration, a 36-year-old man fired gunshots from a pistol. The bullets ricocheted off the ground and injured a 16-year-old boy. The victim was transported to a hospital for medical treatment. Two people were arrested. An investigation was conducted on-site, and appropriate charges will be filed.
