A 39-year-old man from Azerbaijan was arrested after police observed him running through a public street while carrying a semi-automatic Browning pistol. The weapon contained a magazine loaded with eight rounds of 7.65 mm ammunition. Upon noticing police officers, the suspect discarded the firearm before being apprehended. He later admitted to illegally carrying the weapon and ammunition.
