Police and customs authorities seized approximately 1,095 kilograms of synthetic cathinone, a firearm and other evidence during searches at multiple locations as part of an investigation into large-scale drug production and trafficking. Equipment associated with the chemical synthesis of illegal substances, mobile phones, seals and business documentation were also seized. One person was arrested, while the operation and additional searches remained ongoing.
