Police carried out an operation aimed at locating weapons held in illegal possession and, acting on an investigative judge’s order, searched the residence and associated premises used by a 70-year-old man. During the search, officers found three rifles and multiple rounds of various types of ammunition held without authorization. Following the necessary forensic examinations and after informing the competent prosecutor, the case was classified as the criminal offence of unlawful possession of weapons and explosive materials, and a criminal complaint was filed against the individual.
