During a court‑ordered search of an individual, police found a CZ 99 pistol (9 mm) and 13 rounds of ammunition lacking valid documentation. The prosecutor determined that there are no grounds for ex officio criminal prosecution; a misdemeanour procedure will be initiated, and the firearm will remain confiscated pending administrative action (and possible permanent forfeiture).
