A hand grenade was thrown and detonated in the yard of a family home belonging to a 26-year-old man, causing significant material damage but no reported injuries. Following an investigation, police arrested two men, aged 35 and 50, on suspicion of jointly committing the criminal offences of unlawful possession and use of explosives and causing general danger.
