A 49-year-old man was arrested for illegal trade after police searched his home and seized 1,450 cartons of cigarettes worth approximately €45,000, along with 24 pairs of sneakers of unknown origin. During the raid, border police also found and temporarily seized a "Zastava" M57 pistol, cal. 7.62mm, and 18 rounds of ammunition for verification. Although the suspect possessed a valid license for the firearm, it was seized as part of the investigation into the smuggling operation.
