An explosive device was thrown in front of a cafe during the night, causing damage to the front of the cafe, as well as to a neighboring building and a vehicle that was parked in front. The investigation is underway, but it is suspected that this incident is connected with several others, including shooting, that occurred in the past days and might be connect to criminal activities.
