A 29-year-old man was shot and injured with a pistol by another man during a dispute. The victim received medical treatment. The perpetrator shot 10 times in the direction of the victim, hitting him with 4 bullets. The perpetrator was helped by his cousin to flee the scene in a car. Both of them were declared wanted.
