A minor ignited a firecracker and threw it into a classroom. The explosive device caused damage to a student’s personal belongings, though no individuals were physically injured. The school administration promptly notified the police, and the minor was quickly identified. The case has been reported to the competent state prosecutor. As the minor is under 14 years of age and therefore criminally unaccountable, a statement was taken from the child’s parent or guardian.
