A man accidentally shot his brother in the thigh while attempting to shoot a stray dog during a hunting trip. He was using a "Franchi", model Affinity Anniversario, 12mm caliber shotgun. Police seized that weapon, along with 16 cartridges, and also seized his brother’s “Benelli”, model Montefeltro, 12mm caliber shotgun with 13 cartridges. The man faces criminal charges, and the seized weapons are slated for permanent confiscation.
