Police tried to stop a motorcycle carrying a 37-year-old man and another person, but it sped away. After a chase, officers arrested the 37-year-old man and seized a pistol with cartridges, a ready-to-detonate explosive device, 10 litres of gasoline, and a silicone mask. The other person escaped.
