Three undeclared air pistols were discovered hidden among personal luggage in a car entering Moldova from Romania at a border checkpoint. Customs officials searched the car after the driver and passenger claimed to carry only personal items. The weapons belonged to a 25-year-old dual citizen (Moldova/Romania). The air pistols were seized. The investigations are ongoing.
