A 29-year-old man was shot and killed with a handgun by a 23-year-old man. The victim was already known to the police and was also injured in a previous shooting that occurred in May 2025. The suspect was at large until arrested on 11 May 2026 in a joint operation by the Police Administration, the Special State Prosecutor's Office, and the National Security Agency. He is suspected of committing the murder as part of organised criminal activities.
