A 44-year-old man purchased 7,681 pyrotechnic items from a market for resale, with assistance from a 26-year-old man. Forensic examination determined that the items belong to prohibited categories F3 and F4 (Class II pyrotechnics). The police submitted a criminal complaint against the men for illegal trade in weapons and explosive materials.
