A 60-year-old man was arrested after allegedly using a hunting rifle, which he legally owns but illegally used outside of a hunting ground, to kill two dogs owned by a 42-year-old man. The police arrested the suspect, and he is suspected of committing the criminal offenses of killing and abusing animals, as well as unauthorized possession and use of firearms and explosive materials.
