Following a dispute between two business associates, a 44-year-old man handed a loaded pistol to his 10-year-old son and ordered him to shoot a 25-year-old man. The child, acting under coercion, fired several shots and wounded the victim in both arms. The 25-year-old man sustained injuries but was later reported to be out of life-threatening danger. The 44-year-old man then gave the pistol to another 50-year-old man before taking the child to the child’s mother. Police arrested both men; the first is suspected of attempted murder and illegal possession and carrying of weapons, while the second is suspected of assisting the perpetrator after the offence.
