Police responded after one of three men, aged 57, 59 and 39, discharged a firearm outside a bar and found eleven 9 mm shell casings at the scene. During the search, police found and seized an Arex Delta M pistol with an empty magazine from one of the men. The pistol was in legal possession. The three men were found to be under the influence of alcohol. After the interview, they were released under the regular procedure at the prosecutor's decision.
