A 16-year-old minor activated and threw a hand grenade at the technical inspection facility. Following an investigation, police arrested the minor and his accomplice, a 25-year-old man, who allegedly masterminded the attack. Investigations revealed that the 25-year-old man. provided the explosive device and instructed the minor via a specialised mobile phone and the Signal app, promising a payment of 1,000 euros for the act.
