Police stopped a car and found and seized a Kalashnikov automatic rifle, three magazines and eighty-four cartridges from a backpack inside it. The car was driven by a 47-year-old man who was on his way to a hotel intending to shoot four men there, aged 28, 20, 36, and 36, after they had beaten his 18-year-old nephew over unpaid wages. He was stopped before he reached the hotel and none of the four men were harmed. Two of them were arrested, a third was declared wanted, and the fourth is being investigated at liberty.
