A pistol and 27 rounds of ammunition were found in the possession of a 32-year-old individual during a police stop and inspection of a passenger vehicle. The perpetrator did not hold the required permit for the possession and carrying of the firearm. Following the discovery, a crime scene investigation was conducted by officers, and the suspect was taken into custody for unlawful procurement, possession, and carrying of weapons.
