An unidentified perpetrator threw a high-power pyrotechnic device from a building into a crowd of citizens gathered in front of the elementary school. The citizens (at least two) were gathered to pay tribute to the victims of the mass shooting that took place on 3 May 2023. The explosion caused panic and public distress among the attendees. Police arrived at the scene and entered the building to locate the perpetrator. No injuries were reported.
