A notary office was damaged by two masked perpetrators, disguised as elderly individuals, who used a fuse-activated explosive, which they threw directly from a moving vehicle. Security footage shows one suspect acting as the driver while the other placed the explosive near the notary office stairs before fleeing. No victims were reported. The case is under investigation.
