A photograph found on a pupil’s phone showed him holding a pistol belonging to his father. The father stated that on 01.03.2026 he had given the licensed pistol to his minor son to take the photograph after removing the magazine and securing the weapon. He voluntarily surrendered the pistol, one magazine with five cartridges and the firearm permit to police. The man was arrested, interviewed, and released in the regular procedure by the prosecutor's decision.
