Police recovered a large quantity of military-grade weapons and explosive devices discarded from a vehicle driven by a 35-year-old man who fled from a police check. The seized items included 45 hand grenades, eight rifle grenades, four anti-personnel mines, two M80 64 mm rocket launchers, three PG-7 rockets with propellant charges, a hand-held rocket-grenade launcher, and numerous detonators, fuses and other explosive components. The suspect later reported to police and was arrested for illegal possession of weapons or explosive materials.
