A 26-year-old woman was shot and killed with a pistol by her 34-year-old former intimate partner, who then died by suicide using the same firearm. The pistol used in the incident was in illegal possession, and it is suspected that the perpetrator had stolen it in a shop selling firearms where he used to work. The incident occurred in the beauty salon where the victim worked.  According to the media, the perpetrator had already been reported for threatening the victim with firearms. Following the first report of violence, the police seized six rifles from the perpetrator and issued a restraining order.
