Following a traffic accident, a 38-year-old man pulled a pistol ''Pietro Beretta“, cal. 7.65mm, on a person during a dispute. The police found and seized the pistol in illegal possession on the river bank where the perpetrator discarded it, as well as a hunting rifle with 12 pieces of ammunition in legal possession while searching the perpetrator's apartment. The perpetrator was arrested.
