When leaving a restaurant, a police officer shot five times into the air from his service gun and left the scene.  No victims were reported. The police searched the perpetrator's car and seized a pistol ''CZ" cal. 9mm, one magazine and 10 cartridges for a CZ pistol, one magazine with 30 cartridges cal 7.62mm, while two shell casings were found at the crime scene. No victims were reported. The perpetrator was arrested.
