A TOZ rifle without proper documentation, a Norica air rifle also lacking documentation, and 63 rounds of various types and calibres of ammunition were found and temporarily seized by police during searches of two locations used by a 54-year-old man. The air rifle was submitted to the relevant administrative office for further legal processing. By order of the State Prosecutor from the Basic State Prosecutor’s Office in Podgorica, the suspect was arrested and criminally charged for the unlawful possession of weapons and explosive materials.
