A man was declared wanted for attempted murder after discharging his firearm in the direction of a 60-year-old woman, and her nephew, while they were in a car. The woman was injured in the leg. The incident is linked to another murder related to disputes about properties. The 28-year-old perpetrator and a 30-year-old man, the victims' cousin who paid the perpetrator to murder the victims, were arrested.
