Two persons discharged a starter pistol while in a restaurant and later admitted to using the weapon, for which they did not possess the required authorization. The starter pistol was seized. Both persons were under the influence of alcohol and received misdemeanour citations for the unauthorized use of a starter weapon while intoxicated.
