Police prevented a planned assassination and arrested five men, aged 32, 26, 31, 20 and 21. Two of them were caught in the act as they were taking two pistols, military ammunition and a silencer out of a vehicle while lying in ambush in an unlit area. Police seized the two pistols, the military ammunition, the silencer and two vehicles. The suspects, aged 26 and 32, have criminal records. The other three men, who were with them, were arrested for failure to report a crime, and the investigation continued to identify the intended target.
