A 26-year-old man reported that he and another man were threatened with a firearm by a man, a police officer, who used his service pistol. The 26-year-old man said that the perpetrator had previously physically attacked his two minor children, aged 11 and 13, for using pyrotechnic devices. The perpetrator was not prosecuted.
