A 54-year-old man was arrested for firing into the air during a celebration in his yard, using a firearm for which he had a permit for possession. During the incident, a bullet struck a nearby moving vehicle driven by a 33-year-old man. No injuries were reported. In the suspecte'a house, the police found and seized the firearm used in the shooting.
