Armed migrant traffickers from the Middle East opened fire on police officers at the Albanian border. No injuries were reported. Five Syrian and one Algerian traffickers were arrested while attempting to smuggle migrants into Kosovo. The police are currently looking for another Algerian suspect believed to be the key figure behind the migrant trafficking operation.
