Two people physically assaulted a man in a cafe/restaurant, while one of them discharged a firearm into the ceiling. Following this incident, one of the perpetrators escaped the scene but was shortly arrested by the police, while a revolver and five cartridges cal. 38 special were found and seized during a vehicle search.
