A theft of firearms was carried out using force and tools, during which multiple weapons were stolen from a safe located in a barracks owned by a public enterprise. The firearms were used by the enterprise’s security service. Several days later, during a control at a border crossing, police discovered and seized nine Crvena Zastava pistols from a passenger vehicle. It was subsequently confirmed that the seized firearms were the same weapons stolen in the earlier theft. The suspected perpetrator was arrested, and criminal proceedings were initiated.
